GRADUATE NURSE WAIVER Application

You are eligible to bypass the NMHCA training requirement if you meet the following criteria:

You are an LPN or RN program graduate who has completed a New Mexico-approved LPN or RN program within the past twenty-four months and can provide a copy of your LPN or RN training completion certificate or diploma.
You must complete your testing within six months of your eligibility to test.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete and submit this Graduate Nurse Training Requirement Waiver Application.
- Upload an image of your Completion Certificate or Diploma.
Once approved, you will receive an email with your Username and Temporary Password to sign in to your TMU© account.
Please refer to the New Mexico Nurse Aide Candidate Handbook for instructions on Completing your Account and other important testing policies and updates.
